OUR STORY

Siskiyou Springs sits in the Shasta Valley with the Siskiyou Mountains all around us. A lot of our residents, families and team members grew up right here in Yreka. We are just minutes from Fairchild Medical Center and local clinics, so doctor visits and care are close by.

We offer assisted living and memory care in one community, with 58 assisted living apartments and a 14 bed memory care neighborhood. If care needs change, residents can stay close to home and the people they know.

A HOME THAT FEELS LIKE YOURS

Siskiyou Springs is a private pay, residential setting with a warm, home-like feel. Residents choose from studio and one bedroom apartments and can customize their space with their own furniture, photos and keepsakes, so it truly feels like their own.

WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE

Mornings start with breakfast in our dining room, with entrees made from scratch and local favorites on the menu. From there the day is up to each resident. There is exercise, games, music, outings, movie nights in our beautiful theater and time in the billiards room. When the weather is nice, residents enjoy our courtyards and outdoor spaces with views of the mountains. Families are always welcome to join in.

CARE YOU CAN COUNT ON

Our caregivers are on site 24 hours a day. Every resident gets a personal care plan, help with medications, bathing and dressing, and a team that knows them by name. Our memory care program is built around each person's lifelong routines, so days feel familiar and calm.

STAY HERE AS NEEDS CHANGE

Moving is hard, and nobody wants to do it twice. At Siskiyou Springs, residents can age in place. As needs change, we adjust their care plan and level of care right where they are. If memory care becomes the right fit, our memory care neighborhood is on the same campus, so residents stay with the staff, friends and routines they already know. We also work with local hospice providers so residents can be cared for in a familiar setting surrounded by the people they love.
